I am currently sending out the following information to brides booking appointments over the coming weeks and at the moment I do not know if the same guidelines will apply when you visit. Please read through and obviously if there is any change before your appointment we will let you know xx I can imagine you are excited to start trying dresses on xx.

We are Very excited to welcome you to the boutique for your Priority appointment with us we hope you are too!

We have some very important changes to our usual way of doing things following the COVID 19 government guidelines that we need to tell you before your visit and need to check that you have read these and are happy to continue your booking with us.
YOUR SAFETY AND CARE IS OUR ABSOLUTE PRIORITY xx we also have to ensure that our wonderful team are also safe so please can we ask you to ensure that you understand our necessary steps on your visit to us. More information on this will follow just ahead of your visit.
We want this to be as exciting as we can make it! We know you have been longing to try our beautiful dresses on – we have been longing to see you believe me!
Our bridal consultants have been helping brides for over 17 years – trust us – we know how to listen, guide and give our support for finding your dream wedding dress.

We want you to have all the time you need to make such an important decision without feeling rushed. We have fewer appointments available to allow time for deep cleaning between brides so it is even more important than before to do your research online and on social media before attending this appointment. This is so you know that we have styles you like in the right price range for you. You won’t want to waste an appointment! All our dresses are available to view on our website www.weddingdressesnewcastle.co.uk and our prices are available to see – we want to be as transparent as possible for your preparations in choosing us and visiting us.

We would ask that you take time to make an initial selection of gowns that you are interested in – due to the necessary precautions we need to take following your visit we find that we need to limit the number of dresses that you try with us so any indication of what you are drawn to before your visit will be so important. Please email these across if you can ahead of your appointment so we can be sure they are available for you to select from.

We are working hard with our incredible designers to ensure we will be able to check the availability when you are with us of your chosen dream dress.

Please choose two very special guests to attend with you – we are only able to allow yourself and one other to visit until further restrictions have been lifted. This doesn’t mean that you can’t share your experience – we encourage you to set up Zoom meetings, Google Meet anything that means your bride tribe can join from the safety of their homes.
We will be in touch again just to give you some reassurance and a little of what to expect when you are with us.

Just a quick courtesy post about our covid-19 procedures that we have in place ahead of your appointment with us xx

Have you had a chance to browse our collections and see if there are any styles you would like to shortlist? We will be able to offer our guidance too.

Can I ask you please respond to the email that we send to confirm for yourself and your special guests the following statements please?

‘I am not exhibiting any Covid-19 symptoms, i.e. Fever, dry cough or tiredness.’

‘I have not been in with anyone who has symptoms
or has the virus in the last 7 days.’

When you arrive please note our door will be locked and will be kept locked during your appointment – if you arrive early we will still be completing our essential cleaning so please arrive as near to your appointment time as possible.

We ask you please to follow the guidance that our consultants will give you throughout your appointment to make sure we are keeping you and your guest safe. We have hand sanitiser in bucket loads so don’t worry about bringing any with you!

You will be given the option of disposable gloves and mask to enable you to try our gowns on so no need to bring your own. We will operate with visors to ensure you are protected.

You may find it helpful to bring your own shoes to try on with our gowns – we would normally supply these but we are unable to do so at the moment.

Please Bring Your Own – we are unable to provide any drinks during your visit but we don’t want to stop the celebrations! Please bring whatever you wish to help you to celebrate finding you The One! This includes glasses – we only have disposable cups which you are very welcome to use if you wish.

Our bathroom will not be available during your appointment at this time.

You can be assured that when you enter our boutique you are in a safe space – it is just you and your guests – we are operating private appointments for now to ensure your safety. We are able to welcome you and up to 2 guests at this time.

We are armed with experience and passion and a wonderful team of designers behind the scenes and we will do everything we can to make this as enjoyable an experience as we can.

If you see we are doing something wrong – please just be kind it’s all new to us too and I’m sure we will adapt!
