Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the time it’s taken me to send this, things have been a bit manic since our Wedding in May.

I know you’ve got lots of brides so may not remember me but I’m your last minute bride who was getting married in Mexico without telling anyone until the last minute!

I feel the need to write to you to thank you and your staff for the amazing service, help and advice I received both in store and on the phone. When I called you in February advising that I was getting married in May you immediately put me at ease explaining that you could still find me my perfect dress and that I still had options following calls to other bridal stores leaving me feel extremely worried and stressed.

I had also passed your store and commented that I’d love to get my wedding dress from there and I feel so lucky that I did!

The moment I walked in to your beautiful store I felt special, listened to and comfortable and I can’t thank you enough for this. You’re patience and help was brilliant and you really did make the whole experience of finding my wedding dress an amazing one, from allowing me to have one of your sample dresses off the rack (Lillian West 6300) right down to packing my dress away in my “bride to be” box for the aeroplane the day before we flew to Mexico.

As promised, I have attached some photos of the big day. We 100% made the right decision and wouldn’t have changed our big day for the world.
